get one of those spot carpet cleaners...like a bissel green machine or similar. I use one at work and they perform well.

spray down with a carpet/fabric type cleaner, the one I chose was Oxyclean labelled, but I assume they are all fairly similar. let it sit for 5 min
then agitate with a drill brush
then suck up the gross with one of these
howver, I recently acquire this device for just this need (and a pet urine issue, stupid puppy), but I think my shop vac would have done the same if not as good a job at sucking up the wet from the fabric if I had the right attachment.
the machine does do some hot steam dispersing thing which is handy, but a water squirting bottle with hot water and soap in it would do the same for cheap.

You should look into the “tamping” carpet cleaning technique. It works just as well as a rotational brush, but it’s much gentler on the carpet and fabric in the car. If
the fabric is already ruined, then the rotational brush is fine.
Ammo NYC shows this method in this video.

the biggest issue with these types of fabrics is they dry faster that the seat foam, so if the stain is deep enough the dry fabric will wick the dirty water from the foam. Sometimes after a second cleaning I go back when it’s dry and evenly spray soapy water over the surface, scrub brush and towel dry immediately, quickly and vigorously. you want to be d one before the water makes it to the foam...I hate these new fabrics for this reason and they don’t repair well like old school velour does.
Sometimes the only way to clean them is remove the covers and wash them.

only caution here is some of these drill brushes don’t do the fabrics any favors and can cause distress...a quick flash with a heat gun can reduc e some of this afterward , but easiest to use caution when using high speed rotary tools. Dual action scrubbers can be safer as they typically spin slower.

That was satisfying to watch. I would never want to do that, though.

The most satisfying detailer to watch is Car Cleaning Guru. He’s voice is so relaxing, and his movements are so methodical. He’s like the B
